$1.65 A Day

Today it occurred to me that the average Guinean makes $1.65 a day. I would want a raise if I made two dollars a day.

My mind just shudders back from trying to comprehend this, so insead of crying, of course my mind (being what it is) falls back on its dry logical voice that says "and that Jason is why they need education, infrastructure, and innovation." Thank you economic classes.

I at the momment (being we are still fundraising) get paid every two weeks. In a Guinean income that is 16.50 cents a pay period. Sweet! I could get my wife and I a Chipotle burrito each. Though 1 burrito every 2 weeks... I'd be hungry, so instead I think I would do what Guinean's do, eat rice.
